Monkey and Peanuts


A monkey saw a bottle full of peanuts in a shop. He waited patiently for the shopkeeper to move away a little, so he could help himself. At last it was coffee time and the shopkeeper stepped out for a cup of coffee. This was the moment the monkey was
waiting for. He jumped in, opened the bottle and took a handful of peanuts.


But alas! When he tried to pull his hand out he could not. If he let go off the peanut, he could withdraw his hand. But that, he was not willing to do. While he was struggling, the shopkeeper returned and caught the thief and gave him death sentence.

Unless we leave sin we cannot go to heaven. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life.
