All the four fingers of a hand started making fun of the thumb. “Look at yourself in the mirror. You are the only short and fat person among us. We are lean and tall and look good.”
The thumb felt very sad. He cried. He isolated himself from the rest. He became quiet and inactive. The four fingers continued their work. Sadly they found that they could not hold the pen or pick up food. They realized their folly. They went to the thumb and apologized. The thumb was happy to be back at work. Now they all worked together in unity, successfully.
In a team, each person will be different physically and otherwise. But each is talented in a different way. Accept one another as God’s creation and work at labouring together peacefully.
