The vegetable vendor left his shop to have tea. The bitter- gourd started to weep, “I am so bitter. I hate myself.” The onion cried, “Why do I always make those who love me weep? Can’t I change myself?” The drumstick said, “I’m so thin, I wish I put on some weight.” The brinjal whimpered, “I am fat and dark. I want to be fair as the carrot.” So each complained.
A lady came and bought one of each vegetable. She made delicious stew of all the vegetables. All her guests enjoyed the stew and said, “Super, super.”
We complement each other. What we cannot do alone we can do together. So always be friendly with everyone and be happy as you are.
