A mother had placed her tiny baby under a tree and was working in the field. A huge vulture swept down, picked up the baby and flew to a high cliff. A crowd gathered. The strongest among them climbed the cliff to retrieve the baby but half way through had to come down due to exhaustion.
Finally the mother started to climb. She climbed and climbed. She was breathless and exhausted but she climbed. She reached the top. The vulture left the baby and flew away. She came down with the baby. “How did you manage it?” asked every one. “Because I am the mother,” was her answer.
Jesus has a mother’s heart. That’s how He could retrieve us from Satan’s hand.
